Holder Hospitality Consultants (HHC) provides retainer-based and commission-based recruiting services.
A retainer-based plan is reserved for front-line (think line-cook and dishwasher), entry-level (think shift supervisor or keyholder) and middle-manager level (think assistant manager) roles. We will work a maximum of 3 requisitions per retainer.
Commission-based is reserved for unit-level, multi-unit, director, C-Suite level leaders. We offer some of the most competitive commission percentages in the industry—guaranteed. We won’t get paid until the placement is made.
This service is commissioned based.
The commission is a flat 15% of the role’s base salary.
Payment is tiered: 15% up-front, 60% upon placement, and the final 25% after 30 days of the hire being placed.
Example:
A role paying $100,000 annually will cost $15,000 for the placement. The $15,000 is paid in three separate installments.
Retainer: $1,500
Placement: $9,000
30-Day Retention: $3,750
